The SADD Club Tailgate was hosted on October 13th before the pinkout game at JHS. The SADD Club set up a dry tailgate on the practice field at Juniata High School to offer a safe, fun time for the student body. There were snacks like chips, popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, and soda. The soda, chips, and cookies were graciously donated by the Weis store down the road from the high school. Fun activities like ladder ball, corn hole, and can jam were set up for everyone to enjoy. You could even get your face painted by some of the artistically talented SADD club students! There was also a Juniata High School shirt raffle that you could enter to win a shirt. Overall, it was a good time and a fun event set up by the SADD Club. Thanks to the staff who volunteered to help chaperone, the gym teachers who let us borrow the games, the Weis Store for the donations, and the SADD Club members who volunteered their time to make this event possible.
