East Juniata High School is proud to present the September Student of the Month winners. Faculty members nominate students from each grade and then vote for final winners. 

From the senior class, Jonah Hess was chosen to represent his peers. He is the son of Jonathan Hess of McAlisterville. Jonah is a member of the EJHS track and field team. He is also a part of the EJ Chorus, National Honor Society, and the student-run Christian fellowship: The Light. He is an actor in the fall play, The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. He is also heavily involved at his church, Richfield Life Ministries, and he is a part of the youth group there. 

Camden Feltman was chosen from the junior class as Student of the Month. Camden's parents are Mandy and Justin Feltman of McAlisterville. Camden competes as a member of the EJHS golf and baseball teams and is an active member of the Future Farmers of America. Out of school, Camden enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. 

Cole Hoffmaster, a sophomore, is the son of Brittany Yoder of Richfield, PA. As a member of the Future Farmers of America, he has taken courses related to agriculture education, as well as agricultural mechanics. Outside of school, Cole enjoys anything to do with farming and spends a great deal of time learning about that line of work.

Aubrey Shearer is a freshman at EJHS, the daughter of Nicole and Andrew Shearer of Thompsontown. She is a member of the EJHS girls soccer team. When she is not at school, Aubrey enjoys reading and drawing, as well as working on drills and boosting her skills for the soccer season.

From the 8th grade class, the EJHS faculty has chosen Vi Hund as the representative. Vi's parents are Jenn and Michael Hund of Mifflintown. Vi is an avid member of the EJHS band and the EJHS chorus, as well as being involved in the fall production of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

Abriella Imes was chosen as the 7th grade student of the month by her teachers. She is the daughter of Kevin and Karen Imes of McAlisterville. She plans to join the EJHS girls soccer team this coming spring and is a part of the student-led Christian fellowship: The Light. Outside of school, she is involved in dance.
