D&D Driving School will once again be offering a thirty-hour classroom session for students interested in getting their driver’s license. The session will run from January 12th through March 2nd at Juniata High School on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 8pm in room 222. Students who complete both the thirty-hour classroom session and six hours of behind-the-wheel training can be tested by D&D right here at East Juniata High School. Registration forms can be picked up in the front office.

In light of a recent incident in our community involving a child being forced into a van, we urge all parents and guardians to speak with their children about the dangers of interacting with strangers.
Please remind your children to stay alert, never approach or accept anything from strangers, and to seek help immediately if they feel unsafe.
If you witness any suspicious activity, report it to local authorities immediately. Your vigilance can help protect our community.

Good evening Juniata County School District families! Open House will be held tomorrow, Friday, August 22, 2025, from 2pm to 4pm at each school building. Please feel free to stop by and visit your classroom and teacher. School will be back in session on Monday, August 25, 2025. We look forward to having our students return to school after a wonderful summer break. When schedules are posted tomorrow, we wanted to remind everyone that these schedules are tentative and a few minor adjustments could be made before school starts. Any change you wish to make to your schedule must be requested using the Google Form that will be available on the first day of school. Not all schedule change requests can be accommodated. Enjoy the remaining days of summer break.
