JCSD Community,
As we continue to offer educational programming virtually, we have tried to minimize possible problems but some are sure to come up. With this in mind, we have put together several documents to help you navigate these issues to the best of your ability and provide guidance should the problem require intervention from our IT staff.  Attached to this email are six documents covering an assortment of questions.  Please look through each and familiarize yourself with the information available so you will be able to refer to the appropriate help section if needed. The documents provide information covering basic troubleshooting and setup, cleaning and care, locations for drive through download, and several with information should you need additional help from our IT staff.  Some of the information provided may change or update as we move forward so please continue to monitor your email for further information when it becomes available.  These documents will also be made available on our website.
Please remember, we are in this unprecedented situation together and help is available should the need arise.  Please stay in regular contact with your teachers. They can help guide you through any school issue you are having.  In addition, our administrative staff are available to help as well. Please contact your local school office if needed.
